I’m Tonya Leigh, a reformed chronic worrier.

I was also a critical care nurse for over a decade and experienced what happens when we let stress become our baseline operating state.

When our bodies are in fight or flight, everything is affected - our hormones, our hunger, our heart health, our happiness… even our humanity. (I don’t know about you but I am not at my best when I’m stressed out.)
